All of my messages from netscape / aim are bounced back as "suspicious" by yahoo. I've had to change my password twice in two days. Why????
Get with the folks at yahoo.com and figure out why netscape / aim mails I'm sending are being bounced as "suspicious". I've changed my password twice in two days. You're forcing me to use gmail, which I HATE.

This type of issue can appear after a large amount of bulk emails was sent from the account. We recommend changing the password, and waiting 24 hours before sending mail.

When asking for our personal ID, or verify what you already KNOW about us, please leave a link where we can"verify" it's YOU instead of someone trying to circumvent the system! It doesn't pay to trust anyone! Especially if we are conservative, born-again Christians! You've been my home page since you first started DECADES ago! You know that! The reason for the message was "there's been suspicious activity"! That's no surprise, especially, since I'm a born again Christian Conservative! PLEASE, send me a verification that it was AOL who wanted me to send my personal information! I don't want to change e-mail addresses, preferring AOL,! You could have alerted me by e-mail and told me the "suspicious activity" and kept my email open with just my original password!!

ive had a 20 yr account with same credentials. If I DONT WANT TO CHANGE IT< I SHOULDNT HAVE TO.!! for "security purposes" you make me change my password, then don't allow me to change it back.!!!??! It's my security. People should not be required to change their passwords if THEY dont want too. I'm genuinely considering just using brave email services because of this hospices of security change. Please fix this.

I am the President of an astronomy organization that offers FREE monthly observing events to the public.
In order to keep them updated, both with regard to where and when the events will be held, as well as providing them with a weather-update on the day of (so they'll know if it's a 'go' or a 'no-go'), I maintain a growing list (now close to 700) of e-mails from people who have REQUESTED to be included on these updates/info.
It's bad enough that I can no longer simply send out a group e-mail to everyone on the list. For months, I've had to send them out in 6 or 7 separate messages to <100 people each.
But today, almost 200 of those recipients received NOTHING because of this stupid (automated) assessment of my mailing.
This is our group's Sidewalk Astronomy page:

It's a real thing. It would be nice if I could update the people who have asked to be updated!

Because I do not want to reveal to all who I am sending a common message to (about fund-raising for a charity), I want to include about 10 addresses in the bcc. AOL promptly blocked this and forced me to change my password. This is outrageous. Why can I not do this? I shall be changing my account away from AOL to a service that does allow this unless I am given a fix to deal with it.

I have had to reset my password several times in the last few days. The emails that I am sending are being returned with a "suspicious activity" warning. What is going on?
