Dear AOL,
I have an old Twitter account associated with the email address of *@aol.com. I have forgotten the password to the Twitter account because my mother created that for me over a decade ago and it is important for me to keep quality over quantity when it comes to a Twitter platform. Please have me regain access to the "inactive" AOL account. I am the confirmed owner of the account; the phone number originally associated with it was 702-450-**** (no longer active either).
Since I forgot the password to my Twitter account, Twitter will not allow for an email address change immediately.

I would like to know why my account has been stopped due to inactivity, when I use the account every day? And when I tried to set up a new account it stops me at every turn. Are you trying to force me to "buy" an account to be able to make comments on an article? Please contact me with info. Thank you!

How do I get my ***********@verizon.net account back. AOL terminated it due to only 2 days of inactivity. The warning email I received looked like spam so did not click the link to keep it active.

Why you really expired my previously account id? You told me it is deactivated, ok, but why I can not return it back? This is not deactivating, this is deleting. You don't let me even register an id with my previously account id. I don't really understand.
Please let me know your cause and answer.
Thank you -

Aol deleted all my files, photos and contacts that I had stored over years on your website. I have been a loyal customer of aol for years and y'all excuse is because I didn't check my email for several months you guys went in and delete my personal information. I had several personal matters to deal with during those time & I wasn't able to check my email. I still don't understand why didn't Aol just freeze my email account but instead you all deleted and cleared everything. Yahoo & Gmail is nothing like that. But since Aol has been around for years I thought you guys were the best place to store my family photos and personal files & contacts.... is there a way Aol can start freezing customers account before deleting everything we would appreciate it. Thank you.
Ps...if you can restore my information especially my family photos I would truly truly appreciate it... -

I can't access my AIM account that I have had for literally 20 years as it's considered inactive, and I can't recreate it. This is stupid. No wonder everyone has moved over to Discord.
