How can we improve AOL Mail?

unspecified error

when trying to download to my calendar - http://ical.mac.com.ical/US32Holidays.ics -
I continue to get "unspecified error"

This has worked every year except now. I have tried deleting - restarting - going through - Chrome - Safari - Firefox
