my last email client allowed me to see full header information. I have been asked repeatedly by tech support why I found this of value. In my opinion, anyone who asks such a dumb question shouldn't be a Second Tier Support Specialist. Also, the 24/7 promise of phone support is a joke. After several disconnects on a Sunday night, I've concluded that they don't care how much you run up your airtime on your cell, listening to droning voice robot. As I mentioned earlier it's not possible to reach them by landline. One has to hang up to receive security code. That's square one, people! Thanks, Oath!
