Keep it the way it was.
Stop changing things. Leave well enough alone. If it is not broke, don't fix it.

Twenty years as an AOL mail user........it now sucks BIG TIME. Steve Case would be embarrassed at what it has become. Very sad. Don't fix what isn't broken.
my aol contact list...I want ALL the names in alphabetical order...not the email addresses
There are ad's on the right side and at the top and I cannot get rid of them. They were not there before. Take them away!!!!
I am not receiving all my emails. Normally I get about 100 day and now 4-10! Where is my mail?
Why does my e-mail automatic delete a e-mail when I don't put it in trash. STOP AUTOMATICALLY DELETING MY E-MAIL I'M LOSING VALUABLE INFORMATION.

I want all my emails not 20 on a page too hard to browse. Also stationary where is it!! Why now!!! don't try to be google. Stay the way you were!!!! I've been with you since 1991! Why don't you tell me how many emails I have? I have to take the pages and multiply them by 20!!!
Why in the world did you change my email operation without asking me first. It worked so good for almost 20 years and now some, thinks he smart, kid decides how I want my AOL email should work.
when can you return my email site back the way it was, New Mail, Old Mail, etc. not Inbox and Trash.
Also, after i read an email it use to go to Old mail, now I have to hand delete it, why?
I am 80 and don't need for you to think you know how I want things to work!
Stop F#@king with things and just do your job!
07/10/2020 12:40am Just read through the comments from other AOL users. PLEASE AOL,
give us the service we had and was important to us for a long time. WHY ??? would you change
something that was so important to so many. Naomi K. Haebler
I'm ASKING THE SAME. The past couple of days have been terrible (July 9 & 10) with you taking out my list of contacts, all of saved mail. PLEASE GO BACK TO OPERATING LIKE AOL WAS!!!

I have been an AOL user for over 20 years & have been happy until this week. When I send an email to a friend & want to include other friends I click on bcc & type in an initial such as b. In the past only names starting with b in my contact list would appear & I would select who I wanted to include. Now if someone using bellsouth would be included because there is a b in their address. It also picks up names not in my contacts because that name was sent to me by cc from a friend who does not use bcc. It picks up names I have deleted, such as 2 friends who have been deceased for over a year. Now I have weed through the list It take me twice as long to transmit my emails.
I spent over 1.5 hours with tech support, getting cut off a couple of times, yesterday even asking for a supervisor only to find out I was given a billing supervisor. I spent 30 minutes with a tech this morning & found out about the new "feature" I described above.
I like my account's email to be returned to what it was.
yes, it's so ******* annoying you ******* arseholes keep changing things - i cannot now access my aol emails from my email app on my MacBook stop ******* with things aol
Is this the latest update? It is awful if so. I loved the way it was just a few days ago. At first, I blamed
it on my browser. Nope! All browsers presented the same almost antique/primitive looking format.
I am a charter member of AOL. I swear the new set up looks older than the original.

My email was that just the way I wanted. The font size, the font color. All of a sudden the whole appearance of AOL mail has changed. The font is too small for me to read (I use a talk to type program due to poor eyesight) and I cannot find where to change the default AOL Mail fund for me. I understand that new techniques come along but you keep throwing away the baby with the bathwater. I want my old email back.
A week ago some putz changed my e-mail set up. It has been my experience that every change is always a down grade. My AOL mail back in 2001 was better than how it is now! Change for the sake of change is pure folly. SM
