Wanted to change a group from 2019 to 2020. Couldn't do it. Called and had the WORST experience with a tech named Ardi who couldn't help me and hung up!!!! This was after at least 35/40 minutes on the phone/computer. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I called again and spoke with a rep Asia. At least she tried to assist.. She had no idea how to do this so she made a new group and typed 78 emails into the new 2020 group. Really!!!!! Shame on AOL. Worst tech support ever! I cancelled my monthly subscription. And why can't I highlight the group name , right click and edit? And....I couldn't even find a direct email to send my horrible experience to a customer service department.
