Can't receive verizon.net email with Outlook
I suddenly cannot receive emails from my verizon.net account with Outlook. The error message is: "Your email server does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the server." I changed nothing to my settings. If you did, why don't you alert us?

We suggest that you double-check your server settings following the steps here: https://help.aol.com/articles/verizon-move-to-aol-mail-setting-up-your-new-aol-account-in-a-third-party-email-program-or-mobile-device-imap
You may also need to set an app password when using a 3rd party mail client such as Outlook. https://help.aol.com/articles/Create-and-manage-app-password

I also get "mail cannot be received at this time". My last email downloaded was from 5/7/2020 3:27PM EDT. What happened at that time that changed the settings? I use Microsoft Entourage with IMAP.
