Spam Filter
You recently modified the spam filter and made it nearly useless. I now get many spam emails in my inbox that were previously filtered out. Worse, you now classify as spam many of my regular emails requiring me to go to my spam file and reclassify them as desired email. I have been using the ‘Spam ’and ‘Not Spam' buttons to manually reclassify my email as appropriate in the hope that the filter would learn from my actions as to which category my email should be placed. The spam filter stubbornly insists on placing the same daily email in my Spam Folder requiring me to paw through it to reclassify it as desired email. Either return to the previous spam filtering criteria or fix the new, seriously broken one!!! Did Anton think two test out this new filter before foisting it on you paying customers??? Perhaps after more than 25 years I should find another service and address to handle my email.

I got sent here when Verizon decided they didn't want email anymore... and it was working pretty good until recently. I would rather have the SPAM sent to my inbox in Outlook and let Outlook figure it out, than have it blocked by AOL and it never get to me.. even if I say it's not SPAM, it's still ends in the SPAM box and I have not been able to find a way to TURN IT OFF!?!?!?

Ditto! Ever since my update for the Oct 20th authentication issues, My Bank of America email goes to the spam folder and there seems to be no solution to this problem. I try to reclassify on the web version (mail.aol.com)......but after hours of trying, nothing seems to work. I am left manually reclassifying and reviewing my spam folder. It is a waste of time and now after 25 years of Aol use, I may have to convert to gmail. You are leaving your users with no other choice. AOL appears to be dead email system. Fix or a quarter of century of use will be history. “You Forgot Mail”

The SPAM filter is absolutely useless and wrong. I get lots of real emails in my SPAM file, and then lots of obvious junk in my inbox. I have reclassified and hit "NOT SPAM" literally thousands of times for some frequent senders and they STILL END UP IN SPAM! What is wrong with this? I have kept a subscription for decades because I don't want to switch, but honestly gmail is billions of times easier.

I can't even find a SPAM filter. I just know you keep sending email I want to SPAM along with mail that is clearly SPAM. Maybe I'm making a mistake to read my email in my Chrome browser!
