WHY did my entire 760 list of messages all but a few read, get downloaded AGAIN into my in box on Verizon.net? This happened about tenmonth

didn't finish. . .ten months ago too. I now have a separate "manual inbox" on my computer because you mess up so consistently. And shall we chat about spam? You put your own response to ca customer service question there last yeawr!
