I have been hacked. I want to delete my account. I have called for a week and been given the run around and I am sick of it. I have 3 accounts and I verified them all. I was able to delete on, however, the other account I hadn't used in years. I can't remember that password and the customer service person said they can't reset it because it is deactivated. However they will not allow me to delete it . I can not delete my main account until I delete this is what I have been told. So the account I want to delete because it was hacked is unable to delete.
