Why do I need to create a new password every time I sign into AOL? This ALWAYS happens if I shut my computer off--which I do every night!

To stay signed in to your account, please clear your cache and cookies: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser.
This will eliminate the possibility of the issue being caused by cache stored on your browser. Then make sure to check the ‘’stay signed in’’ option from the sign in page at mail.aol.com.
