How can we improve AOL Mail?

People with AOL are being inundated with spam email. AOL has to do a better job blocking massive amounts of junk email.

People with AOL are being inundated with spam email. AOL has to do a better job blocking massive amounts of junk email. I will switch to gmail or yahoo as these two alternatives do not have this much of a problem.

    Why is there not a button to block emails from in-box or spam folders. Just a simple button to push to block senders would be great.

    I am dumbfounded by the fact that a company that's been around as long as aol has still can't figure out a simple thing like blocking mail from an email named new@new.new

    Seems you blockr filters don't allow for incomplete emails....but your spam filters love letting it through though

    How many people (besides John Wilder) are dealing with this issue. I don't disagree, just would want to say it in a way that would make someone from AOL actually want to fix this problem. When Verizon first switch us over to the AOL mail service, I was overly impressed with the lack of SPAM -- 2 to 5 messages a week. Without exaggeration, I, a non **** surfer, safe browser surfer and conscientiously safe web/mail user am getting 70-100 pieces of SPAM everyday. YES everyday.
