How can we improve AOL Mail?

opening attachments

I can not open email attachments anymore. I get the following message : {"error":{"code":"EC-4008","requestId":"9c6b8921-03db-a2a1-2f2c-5a0014018600"}} What can I do to solve that issue?

    re-booted pc, all working now.................no feedback from AOL

    I can not open attachments today that I could open yesterday. I get the following message as others with the {"error":{"code":"EC-4008"

    I have the same problem with AOL mail in my browser, and it also won't work via the AOL app on my phone, or when I try AOl mail in the browser on my phone, so I assume the problem is with AOL not my tech or network. I am having to forward to other mails service to open the attachments. I note that when I logged on to AOL mail in the browser on my phone a message came up saying something like "some services are not working because of new rules introduced in Europe - we are working to resolve them" - is this connected? AOL pls respond asap

    I am getting the same error message. I cannot open any attachments at all. Is there a simple fix out there?

    I am getting the same problem as of today and require medical help that needs this access. Something wrong with AOL again!
