I cannot download any attachments anymore.
Even from mails where I have downloaded the attachment already or from sent mails.

As of today, I am unable to download any attachments. I did not have this problem before - how do I solve this so that I can download attachments?

I am having the same issue Error Code "{"error":{"code":"EC-4008","requestId":"cfadaf26-7188-d4e9-2f2c-5a000c015a00"}}". This is B.S. and of course AOL doesn't care they want to sell you Tech support for $4.99 per month from people who barely speak clearly in English. This is a repeating problem and have had it before. Signed up for their tech support miracle it went away cancelled it after two months. Seems like just a way to get money. If anyone understand this error code above please post I know AOL doesn't care.

I have the same problem with AOL mail in my browser, and it also won't work via the AOL app on my phone, or when I try AOl mail in the browser on my phone, so I assume the problem is with AOL not my tech or network. I am having to forward to other mails service to open the attachments. I note that when I logged on to AOL mail in the browser on my phone a message came up saying something like "some services are not working because of new rules introduced in Europe - we are working to resolve them" - is this connected? AOL pls respond asap
