How can we improve AOL Mail?

I need to OPEN and PRINT attachments, not DOWNLOAD them!!!! What happened??

I can't stand that my attachments are now requiring a DOWNLOAD before seeing them!! WHY?WHY?WHY? WHat a waste of time and space! I open emails all day long and I have to PRINT attachments but do not need to keep them on my computer. This happened before and I can't find any info to STOP IT. AOL tech was of NO help! I am PAYING monthly for this garbage, FIX IT!!!!!
