Please leave the mail I read in the received mail folder not the read folder.

My wife and i share this account. Have since AOL began. Now, if either of us read a Mail it (the mail), is removed from New Mail !! Now we have to make sure to chase it down and make sure to put it back in NEW MAIL. If it is not Broke, do not FIX it.

This doesn’t seem to be important to AOL. There NEEDS to be an option to keep mail that I’ve read in the new mail folder! If it hasn’t changed by the end of the year, I goes I’ll just switch to email app. I see the request everywhere but I don’t see any responses from AOL or ANY progress. Please don’t use COVID as an excuse. I would think AOL would listen to their customers and implement a few important changes.
