I need to change the email address and number phone to recovery my account because does not exist anymore and I need get in to my account

I need to change the email address and number phone to recovery my account because does not exist anymore and I need get in to my account because belong to my job, how can I recover it is URGENT; thesse emails adresses are others not this one.
