How can we improve AOL Mail?

This is a horrible system. I am spending a lot of time trying to tell you my problem and don't feel any of it it's going to get answered

Adding a contact is difficult. Getting an answer from AOL is impossible.

    I find it is useless to contact customer service at AOL. Is there a customer service?

    Contact list does not add my contact. When I send an email and have a contact name often it comes out in correct with an AOL address that is not correct. There is no want to contact. There is no one to answer my question. Who runs your department?
