Not receiving mail, but ads are still coming
mail received before 11:00 PM 12/13/2022, nothing after. Including news. But ads are updating fine. Where is my email?

my wife and I both have our email address on my a/c at aol.
When the alterations to email came in at end of Nov she lost the receipt of emails although an email se by her said it was from the new app. Have we done something wrong if so how to correct it.?
My emails are sent and received correctly
I was concerned that her a/c had been hacked especially when we were told by friends that they had been and my wife had opened an odd email from them
I have limited ability with computers ,can you help me.
On the 13th of this month support sent me a page of items to check, think I've done this correctly? and no change
Would be wonderful if I could speak to someone to help me through it.
