I have a long password that I have memorized and IT WORKS on another of my accounts. Why does it suddenly stop working on this one? I expect "My Favorite Restaurant" was MUCH DIFFERENT years ago if I set it and I don't see the usual alternatives to gaining access. Are you trying to grab my account name from me?

if the feeback process is too tedious to use it won't be used.
