It is obvious that AOL does not care what impact their actions have on their customers. A good example is that they will not allow you to block spammers using wildcards. Why? And then they only allow you to block 1000 email addresses. That's one weeks worth of spam. What are we supposed to do with the rest? Maybe if you actually started listening to your customers you would create a happier clientele. I have forwarded 350 spam emails in the last 5 days to their legal department and abuse department but nothing has been done to decrease the amount of spam. If you need it, here is the addresses to forward your spam to: AOLLegal@corp.aol.com, concierge.help@cc.aol.com. Maybe if they have to deal with spam like us they will finally do something about it.
