  1. Information on mail hacking.

    My aol account must have been hacked. Any mail from Charles Schwab goes into the delete folder. There was some fraud on my account there and because of a problem with aol, I never received the emails. How can that be fixed? Thanks.

    Reporting a BAD Aol Webmail BUG that happens when using with Firefox v102.0.1 on Macbook Pro OS Monterey v12.4. This bug DOES NOT happen when using a new Firefox PRIVATE window, or with other browsers. This bug occurs even AFTER clearing Cashe & data.

    When doing criteria search through the AOL mail folders (just below "compose"), on criteria that EXISTS in emails, ZERO search results are returned. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you,

  3. AOL webmail Firefox empty mailbox

    Reporting a BAD Webmail BUG that happens ONLY when using with Firefox v102.0.1 (works fine w/other browsers), on Macbook Pro OS Monterey v12.4. When leaving "New Mail" for any reason (opening emails, going to different folders, etc..), clicking BACK on "New Mail" folder shows an EMPTY mailbox. AOL refresh does nothing, but refreshing on Firefox 1-6 times refills all the mail in mailbox. This is a AOL Webmail using Firefox latest ver bug. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks

  4. Switch back to old email version

    Restore old email version - never asked to be on the new version which is terribly inflexible. Too much navigating around just to switch folders. Old version let me see it all on one screen. How do I switch back?

  6. It seems AOL has created a folder and is depositing emails into it.This is NOT a folder I created & it's not in My Folders. WHY ???

    Why has AOL taken the liberty of creating a folder for me and is depositing emails into automatically? It's not even listed in My Folders so I cannot access it to see what has been moved into it! What's going on?!

  7. the email are not moving into the folder I want to save the email in to !!!

    I get an email and I want to move it to a folder and it does not move it stays in the in box still , I use to move and relocated to the folder I am choosing to save it to and now it does not move!!!

  9. Problem with saving drafts. Information lost.

    I have saved important drafts yesterday. Today, those drafts are saved from the previous day and does not contain all the new information I saved yesterday. It has happened to two documents I was working on. Please get them back for me. I cannot recreate them.

  10. New mail being sent directly to deleted mail folder

    Since AOL changed the content to the new format my new mail is being sent directly to my deleted messages folder ninstead of my inbox. This issue needs to be fixed. I cannot find a way to directly e-mail AOL to explain this issue. The new mail format is problematic.

  11. Can't open emails in saved, sent & old emails... what to do?

    How do i open aol emails in my saved, sent & old emails? I use to be able to do that, but now I cannot for some reason.

    i've tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked.
    Get a pop up that says "There was an error loading the message"

  14. Fixing friend groups

    I think AOL should allow me to add email addresses to my groups, friends, etc. 90% of the time when I try to, AOL rejects me with "we're having a problem, try 5 min later."

    In addition, your server routinely erases a friend for no reason -- w/out telling me. Given the $400+/year I continue to (stupidly) pay, the least I expect is adequate service.

  16. Improve the functionality of managing folders: deleting ones no longer needed; adding new folders, and editing titles.

    My folders say that I have 896 folders which is grossly overstated. Where is that number coming from. Additionally, I have emptied a number of folders, however, for the past few weeks, I cant locate an option that allows me to delete any folders. I also no longer have the option to add any new folders. Up until the past several weeks, I have been able to add, delete and edit folders. Why is this problems showing up and how do I resolve it, so I can continue to manage my emails efficiently? Thanks

  17. Can't move emails to another folder

    Hi, I hope someone can help. I can't seem to move/file emails under a different folder. Whenever I move an email, a message appears, saying "xx email moved to xx folder. Undo?" but the email hasn't moved and remains in my inbox. Obviously if I don't need an email, I'll delete it, but there are some I need to keep and file in other folders.
    I have tried this across a range of devices (windows laptop, android and apple devices) and browsers (Edge. Safari, Chrome, Firefox) but no luck. Please advise?

  20. Remove the 'Today on AOL' annoying hard-fixed link on the nav pain when the user unchecks

    Seriously, when the user unchecks the setting to show 'Today on AOL' ~ that really means they don't want to see 'Today on AOL'.

    If nothing else, move it to the right where it doesn't become a distraction to the user wanting to look at their email folders.

    I literally decided not to use AOL because of this one thing ~ sad :(
