Local Policy Violation - Your SPF Record result equals Neutral
Mail I sent bounced with the following error:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation - Your SPF Record result equals Neutral (?all). Please have your I/T or email provider correct your SPF record.It would be nice to have a way to report such errors. When I searched for it I found nothing in your help.

Selective failures of recieving and sending emails
I am encountering a problem emailing to certain people who I could email to in the past. Similarly some cannot email to me though I can to them. It seems random. Might even come and go, and friends who have verizon emails have had similar experience. Can anyone explain why this is?

Why can't I recieve email anymore?
I haven't been getting my email since around Labor Day weekend and I didn't change anything.

Problem
When I compose an e-mail and click in the subject line... this automatically comes up "Reminder- LMC AccuCheck Certification Date"
I have navigated all over AOL but cannot figure out how to remove this.
I do not ever recall turning a reminder on.

disappearing emails
I have disappearing emails and called ************ but after you ask if such and such is my address and I say correct, my call keeps getting dropped. You guys probably don't care but my idea is just not using AOL anymore..

Reply-to feature is broken
I've been using Aol Mail as a verizon customer since the switchover. Up until about a week ago, I was able to send messages with a different "reply-to" than my actual verizon email address.
To be clear, these are email addresses I control, and under verizon and also under AOL, until very recently, this feature worked.
So, for example, I could send an email message from "name@verizon.net" with a "reply-to" of "name@mydomain.com" and that would be accepted and would got out. Then people would be able to respond to the email I wanted them to.
Now…

Personal AOL email Failure message: shows a yahoo address
Recently, when I send emails to myself it redirects to a YAHOO email address and FAILS with the following message "554: delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a aol.com account (.......@aol.com) [-9] - mta4128.aol.mail.gq1.yahoo.com"
I can see it in my SENT folder, but it never makes it to my INBOX.

Why does AOL intermittently rejects -- via Mailer-Daemon -- e-mails I send or receive from my business account on Gmail Why is there no "Safe Senders List" I can add my business e-mail address to?

THis sucks everytime there is a Microsoft update AOL email stops working and gives me **** and I hate it

You changed the **** format and now people who are in my contact list do not get their messages. You might as well go back to the disc
Why don't you tell users about changes. Then when you arbitrarily make these revisions, don't make it so it screws up the ability to send messages. You would think if you want to keep users you would take steps not to make things worse instead of better.

Where is my Outbox (emails not sent)
I found out only today that I had 43 emails that went UNSENT! I received no alert, no notification—NOTHING.
I discovered this from an Outbox that popped up. When I went to look for the Outbox, I couldn't find it—it was nowhere to be found, not even when I looked under "Folders."
This has to be remedied. I pay over $10 for monthly AOL Customer Service, which used to be free with Verizon, before I was unceremoniously dumped by Verizon into AOL's lap.

Clarify receipt messages

Duplicate recipients?
I get an error message on every email sent that seems to indicate that a copy is going to **********. This is alarming--I don't want to share my emails with anyone. Please assure users that the email is only going to readers that I've selected.
