  4. EMAILS SENT ARE MUCH WIDER THAN THE SCREEN FOR THE RECEIVER

    My emails look normal but complaints from the receiver is that the email
    they receive from me is so wide that they have to move the screen back and forth to read it. I can't find any solution on the web for this frustrating problem.

    When I compose an email, I get three options for who the sender (i.e. From) is:
    @outlook.com--- is not me
    *p@aol.com is me
    *
    @aim.com------------------ is not me
    How do I get rid of the two emails that are not me?

  8. sending a code to reset my password is a little goofy since I cannot get into my account because I forgot my password

    sending a password code to my account is a little goofy since the reason I am trying to reset a forgotten password prevents me from signing into my account because I forgot the password. How am I going to go into my account to get the code that AOL sent me to reset my password if the reason I need a password is so I can get into my account. Makes no sense to me and should make no sense to AOL.

  9. Emails sent are coming back to me.

    My emails to a specific address are being sent to me rather than his address. The format looks correct. As far as I know, this is the only address on my contact list that this is happening to. This started on after May 8th when my emails were hacked. I cannot figure a way to fix this.

    Also when composing an email to; for example:**

    A comma appeared after org,

    AOL mail would not let me delete the comma. Moreover; when sending - the email had been sent already with the comma.

    Hopefully; this is not to another party. Hopefully; this is to the correct organization.

  13. won't send me an email to myself!!

    Mail won't send an email to myself! I've tried twice now and it's in the send file but won't come through! I sent it from my computer and it appears in the send folder of my phone but not the inbox!! This has never happened before. Please fix it! Thanks

    i get a second email option for sending THAT IS NOT MINE. What is this and how do I get rid of it? and to make matters worse, you cannot contact aol anymore w/out paying. Have I been spammed? Or my account stolen??? and no answers on the web. It appears others have this issue.

  20. App problems

    The AOL app has major flaws, the texts I send through the app on my phone are different from the ones I send from my laptop. It appears to lock on only the first worded draft instead of the final one so I end seeing the correct one on my laptop and the incorrect one on my phone. This is totally unacceptable and has left me puzzled that such an obvious defect has been allowed to continue. PLEASE FIX IT.
