  1. why do you not show reduced inbox when items are deletex

    i keep deleting items from inbox but the reduction is not showing up in the number indicated

  3. Unable to Access AOL Mail by Outlook as of April 21st @ 4 p.m. EST

    I receive my AOL mail on multiple computers (PCs) running various versions of Outlook (2016 and 2019). All these PCs running Outlook were simultaneously unable to access to AOL server on April 21st at around 4 p.m. EST. I have been unable to access emails through Outlook since that time. Installing and uninstalling AOL on Outlook was unsuccessful. Changing port settings was unsuccessful. The consistent error message from Outlook is as follows: 0x800CCC0E - Cannot Connect to Server. Research into other user experiences shows that the server needs attention by AOL to remedy. Please check your server(s). I'm still unable…

  5. Why can't I receive email from no-reply@zoom.us

    Why am I not able to receive emails for no-reply@zoom.us? It is important that I do because I purchase event tickets and cannot received them.

  8. You have made the new AOL impossible to use

    As a paid subscriber...I still see ads. And each day there is one more block or password to pick up my mail from another site and so called privacy steps are annoying. Some of us still use more than one computer /phone...It is part of our work life...All of this change has only added confusion.

  9. Please improve mail access via Apple Mail (iOS/macOS)

    I was using iOS and macOS mail for the longest time with AOL mail successfully for the past decade or more. With the recent changes to the service, retrieving mail through these clients is spotty at best, often producing errors even after removing and re-configuring my accounts.

    I will not download a separate app to check mail that any other provider is able to do through a regular client.

    Please restore or debug AOL mail's IMAP client side access.

  12. Images in emails

    Recently the issues with not being able to view images in emails has returned. This time it seems to only affect emails from costoco.com. The issues appears to be intermittent because I can often reopen an emal at a later tme and the images will display. This problem does not exist with gmail or outlook. A few years ago I had this same issue with Jos. A Bank emails. This problem exists with Chrome, Edge, and IE.

  14. Is it possible to setup a folder (not the in-box) to receive selected email?

    Setup "SELECTED" folder to receive incoming e-mails that are on an associated list maintained by account-holder ONLY.! E.G.:
    yodaxx9@aol.com/SELECT would be entered, but NOT yodaxx9@aol.com !!! My IN-BOx is flooded with hundreds of undesired entries. I waste considerable time just looking for important
    emails. How can I setup this much needed operation???

  17. I have a Verizon.com account and I use Microsoft Outlook. You have not been sending me all of my mail. When I sign on to AOL Mail I find

    I am a Verizon.com user. I also use Microsoft Outlook on my PC. I've just discovered that AOL Mail is not sending all Inbox mail to me. There appears to be NO pattern to the missing email. when I check AOL InBox the missing mail is there but has not been forwarded to my PC. What is happening? How can this be fixed?

    Is BIMI validation enabled for all hosts or select hosts? I have a BIMI icon at https://mail.domain.tld/bimi/lock.svg that validates as per https://validator.nu/ as well as the txt record default._bimi.domain.tld that validates per https://bimigroup.org/bimi-generator/, https://www.mailhardener.com/tools/bimi-validator and https://www.agari.com/insights/tools/bimi/ but when I send an email from my domain to my AOL address, the BIMI svg does not appear in my inbox. I see that an email I received from AOL includes the AOL BIMI image, so I thought I would ask.

  19. You can help a customer fix a problem over the phone without charging a ridiculous fee to do such.

    I am no longer receiving email notifications from AOL related to my comments made on "Today on AOL". I know people are responding because when I page through all of the comments made on a subject, I see the responses. Very time consuming and awkward. I called customer service and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous fee to fix, what I would think would be an easy fix on your end. This is unfair. If you refuse to fix this issue, then tell me how to remove the news feed from my account. This is bad customer service.

  20. Receiving flammatory emails, tried spam and I still get them

    Receiving emails from a source that is offering inflammatory info... tired to put it in span but the emails keep coming. How do I report and or stop them...
