My inbox has 6 new pages of old filed mail!!! How could this happen
Opened Old mail and have 6 pages of mail that I had already filed i appropriate folders. How can this happen???

Why is AOL sending this, with a yahoo sender message. I go to it it has AOL signon and password required. Not sure if this is AOL.

i am so upset! why is my trash being deleted before i can check it! i have been looking in settings all day.. nothing says trash settings..
i need to know how to NOT have my trash deleted.. i am very sick and am not getting important emails.. HELP! it should not be this difficult
By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.
Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days. -
I am not receiving emailed links from Zoom. Why? How can that be fixed?

Images not showing in any AOL e-mails
I can't see ANY images in any of my AOL e-mails today. Sad that you don't alert users to technical glitches. Please FIX this.

I have 41 new emails but it's showing "See all" 2674. Why is that???

How can I unblock a sender I didn't mean to block?
Ability to unblock previously blocked senders. How can I do this???
Hi there,
To unblock an address, go to Options>Mail Settings>Block senders, hover over the one you wish to remove from the list then click ’’x’’ from it. Don’t forget to save settings.

Can't receive verizon.net email with Outlook
I suddenly cannot receive emails from my verizon.net account with Outlook. The error message is: "Your email server does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the server." I changed nothing to my settings. If you did, why don't you alert us?

You may also need to set an app password when using a 3rd party mail client such as Outlook. https://help.aol.com/articles/Create-and-manage-app-password

Option to "open mail in new tab" is no longer available. Why? Is there a way to reinstate?
I am currently running FireFox on Windows 10 Pro.
Whenever possible, please provide options rather than remove features.

You can still open mail in a new window. Once a message is open you will see a box icon next to the printer icon which will allow you to open the message in a new window.

Duplicate mail starts sending to Verizon acc't even though I have already received the messages. I do not know how to stop it. HELP!!

Open new email full browser view
I want to open my incoming emails in my FULL Google Chrome window; it is aggravating to have to use the large mail icon for each new email and then have to scroll to the right to view it. Thunderbird email and other providers have this full view capability.

What you are describing appears to be a Chrome feature or limitation. I would suggest using another web browser such as FireFox.

We see this when a mail client is being used. The mail client downloads all available messages off our severs.

Tiny font size
My incoming emails are almost impossible to read because the font is so small (2mm high). I have enabled the Readability mode but that doesn't help. Thanks
You can increase or decrease the font size by holding down the “Ctrl” key and scroll down or up using the mouse wheel. Another method is holding down the “Ctrl” key and press “+” for increasing or “-” for decreasing. If you want to change the font size when composing emails please go to Options→Mail Settings→Compose→Rich Text / HTML.

Not receiving any emails or if these were sent to your Trash directly can indicate that your account may have been accessed by someone else.

locked out of free email
I have had AOL since its was debuted, Now all of the sudden Im not getting emails to ether address i have TWO, i have tried everything, AND NOTHING, i called the 800 number, and after explaining to the guy what was happening, he asked if i had done this and that, and i said yes, THEN he said ( oh i see your emal accounts, THEN HE SAID OH THERE FREE ACCOUNTS, AND HUNG UP, I dont see AOL staying around long, if this is how you treat customers that have been with you for YEARS, ********* AOL, HELLO…
