  1. pictures WONT DISPLAY, in email. 'hide pictures' is NOT CHECKED

    Suddenly all photos are hidden. No changes made, hide pictures not checked. Don't like AOL in the first place but now why have it at all?

    The images on emails are not loading. It happens to any emails I receive and for both my laptop and desktop. Tried using different browsers and the issue still remains.

    images are not loading in the received emails (google chrome, edge, firefox and android phone app. this started about a week ago. this is not an issue in outlook desktop app.

  6. Yeah clubrunner emails still don't work after a month and they are not in spam either

    Clubrunner is used by Rotary Clubs to send out emails. For about a month now, after having received these emails successfully for nearly a year, they just stopped arriving. They are not in my Spam folder. They have been diverted by some error introduced either on AOL's side or Clubrunner. I'm betting it is AOL that broke this use to be working email path. I really don't care, you guys work this out between yourselves and get my clubrunner sent emails back to arriving in my inbox, please.

  7. aol mail

    I am not receiving facebook notifications or other mail like from Next Door and other places. I used to receive ALL my mail and in the past months to recent day I haven't. Why is this and how can it be fixed? I want ALL my mail and not have AOL decide what I should have and not have. Please contact me if you need clarification.

    I am sick of using my credits from my phone to log into my emails, could you please rectify the problems with you website. I am quite disappointed in AOL. I am not going to keep doing this, it not what I was expecting.

    All new e mails go to my SAVED IM folder. How can they be sent to my new mail folder. This just started at your last update.

  15. Limiting 10,000 emails to 3rd party apps

    Please stop the limit of 10,000 emails being loaded into a 3rd part mail app. That should be a setting and if you want to load only 10,00 then set it that way. If you want all your emails you need to allow all emails to go through.

    Windows 10 Email - I receive Newsletters but they only show some HTML code. If I sign in to AOL I can read the Newsletter. Just started about 3 weeks ago (6/1/22)
