  1. When are you going to "FIX" the email problem. it's not good...you'll start losing useres-guess you don't really care.

    Bad idea on how email is now handled. when will it be fixed so it loads correctly. bad idea the way new email is handled

  2. Email to verizon.net sometimes unreadable format. See commercial senders.

    Feedback: Receiving email at my verizon.net address that are unreadable,but are readable at mail.AOL. About 20%, particularly commercial senders.

  3. pictures WONT DISPLAY, in email. 'hide pictures' is NOT CHECKED

    Suddenly all photos are hidden. No changes made, hide pictures not checked. Don't like AOL in the first place but now why have it at all?

  4. images is not displaying

    images are not loading in the received emails (google chrome, edge, firefox and android phone app. this started about a week ago. this is not an issue in outlook desktop app.

  5. NEED TECH SUPPORT

    I get email from PINTEREST. When I opened the email all I see are black boxes which contain pictures. I cannot see the pictures. Prior to 11./5 I had no problem opening this website. Prior emails from this site were fine until yesterday 11/5 then all photos went back to black boxes. Had a tech from AOL look at this for 2 1/2 hrs and they could not frix problem.

    The images on emails are not loading. It happens to any emails I receive and for both my laptop and desktop. Tried using different browsers and the issue still remains.

  9. junk jumping of emails to separate page

    please explain when I'm reading an email it jumps off to a separate page in which I cannot go back to emails - what is making this happen ?? it becomes a page completely on its own

  10. No longer receiving my emails-not sure where they are going.don't like new format at all

  11. I asked for help

    I called for assistance on why suddenly i have a yahoo address and different ports when I sign on to Office. I am receiving no email in outlook and able send nothing I explained my dilemma and was told i had to pay for help.. After waiting on hold before being told ther as no free help a simpe explanation would be good

  15. Stop automatically erasing read emails

    No other email provider automatically erases messages after you read them. It's so annoying. I can't find any way to stop this in settings. Leave my messages alone until I decide to erase them.

  18. Eliminate the bell icon in email addresses

    I don't know what this new bell icon is supposed to improve but it's an annoyance. I cannot copy and paste my addressees into a new WRITE email The bell icon renders the addresses "invalid." I would love to know how to eliminate that bell icon. Why was this a good idea in the first place?

  19. Yeah clubrunner emails still don't work after a month and they are not in spam either

    Clubrunner is used by Rotary Clubs to send out emails. For about a month now, after having received these emails successfully for nearly a year, they just stopped arriving. They are not in my Spam folder. They have been diverted by some error introduced either on AOL's side or Clubrunner. I'm betting it is AOL that broke this use to be working email path. I really don't care, you guys work this out between yourselves and get my clubrunner sent emails back to arriving in my inbox, please.

  20. I'm getting complaints from pals about unanswered emails

    Self experiment finds that emails I send to my AOL account don't get there?! It confirms friends complaints that I never responded-TO MAILING I NEVER RECEIVED! Why? How do we fix this?
