  2. Communication

    It is virtually impossible to get your updates when email is down. A better part of last 5 years was stuck on iPhone because I could not get the Geo-fence off. I imagine this is why all of my software from just the year before has no idea how it got here. My desperate effort to resolve the communication barrier is what has become of my reputation.   4. Email Contact Bug in Deletion

    Trying to delete certain contacts doesn't work, no matter what method or email style in AOL. The representative says this is a new problem he never encountered before. It doesn't exist on ALL contacts when deleting, only certain ones. Most delete automatically when clicking the garbage pail. But these certain ones don't delete and the system asks if I want to delete. But nothing works! Help!

  6. Please answer my feedback soon as possible!

    I am not able to delete any contacts when using the AOL Classic version. Contacts are able to be deleted when using the New version of AOL, but when going back to the Classic version those contacts are still there and have NOT been deleted.   7. What happened to the Address book???

    Give old versions as an option!!!
    What happened to the Address book??
    New computer came with windows11, now all my contacts are gone, friends and relatives got SCAM e-mails asking for money in my name and the only way I can find my favorite list (old one is gone too), is by opening up mail first.

    I went to process some un-spam by adding contacts and after I clicked add contact I could not enter a name, they keyboard did not produce any input.

    Star: I have had about 5 email addresses with aol and its becoming a lifestyle problem in technology. What is said from my email is a big deal and I am advising an investigation in court. Even phone numbers. I mean we are not sloppy technology people. Can you get my emails to me without all this trouble and chat rooms back up if the court advises it and do things the court say do without drama.

  15. Unable to add New Contacts (SAVE button doesn't work)

    I have failed multiple times trying to add a New Contact. I fill in all the info and the "SAVE" button doesn't work/do anything. Can't click it. "Cancel" button works just fine.

    Hi My email currently seems to be generally OK sending/receiving but I have found that one recipient with a Hotmail address which I have double checked (a Norway .no address) never received my sent emails in 2020 and this week. He has emailed me at my AOL address which I received OK and I email replied back to his message but he has not received it. When I sent a message via my gmail address he received it immediately and I was able to respond. Please advise what may be wrong.   17. I don't like the fact that my old email was shut down and no one can help me activate it.

    Allow people to activate their old email address by allowing them to change passwords. Phone companies do this, and so do other business, websites and agencies. Come on AOL!

  19. Please include at least one contact or email address in the Distribution List.

  20. Address Book disappeared. Could not retrieve it, and reached.need assistance quicker .....no follow up calls and assistance as promised.

    Address Book disappeared. Could not retrieve it, and reached out to Customer support. They were not able to assist, stated that they would have to refer to higher up Tech support and that they in turn would call, etc.....For 4 days, .No follow up calls and assistance as promised.
