  3. Aol Mail web Add Contact dialogs do not allow input today!

    I went to process some un-spam by adding contacts and after I clicked add contact I could not enter a name, they keyboard did not produce any input.

    Star: I have had about 5 email addresses with aol and its becoming a lifestyle problem in technology. What is said from my email is a big deal and I am advising an investigation in court. Even phone numbers. I mean we are not sloppy technology people. Can you get my emails to me without all this trouble and chat rooms back up if the court advises it and do things the court say do without drama.

  7. Unable to add New Contacts (SAVE button doesn't work)

    I have failed multiple times trying to add a New Contact. I fill in all the info and the "SAVE" button doesn't work/do anything. Can't click it. "Cancel" button works just fine.

  8. Hi My email currently seems to be OK sending/receiving but I have found that one recipient with a Hotmail address which I have double checke

    Hi My email currently seems to be generally OK sending/receiving but I have found that one recipient with a Hotmail address which I have double checked (a Norway .no address) never received my sent emails in 2020 and this week. He has emailed me at my AOL address which I received OK and I email replied back to his message but he has not received it. When I sent a message via my gmail address he received it immediately and I was able to respond. Please advise what may be wrong.   9. I don't like the fact that my old email was shut down and no one can help me activate it.

    Allow people to activate their old email address by allowing them to change passwords. Phone companies do this, and so do other business, websites and agencies. Come on AOL!

  11. Please include at least one contact or email address in the Distribution List.

    Why do I keep getting this error message when I try to add a contact to an existing list. I don't get it every time, but enough to make it very irritating.

  12. Address Book disappeared. Could not retrieve it, and reached.need assistance quicker .....no follow up calls and assistance as promised.

    Address Book disappeared. Could not retrieve it, and reached out to Customer support. They were not able to assist, stated that they would have to refer to higher up Tech support and that they in turn would call, etc.....For 4 days, .No follow up calls and assistance as promised.

  13. Don't charge people for technical service if it is YOUR site that isn't working

    Importing Contacts isn't working. I have tried CSV AND TEXT files.
    I am trying to alphabetize my contacts, I exported to CSV, deleted my current contacts, and when I try to do a clean import, YOUR site doesn't work. After many years, I am leaving AOL.

  14. Stop multiple copies of identical articles and clarify why the original email address (decades old) needs to be verified

    You requested that I verify my email address. Why? It has never changed since the account was opened decades ago.

    Also, your AOL News link every day has several copies of the identical article. Why is this necessary?

  15. Please Help!!! error loading address book

    Please help me as I can't access my address book. I tried all different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) but the result is same. It gives error message "error loading address book". I have been using AOL for many years and never had any issue. Please fix it soon as it's urgent.

  19. You have today stopped me adding new email addresses to my aol mail contact list. Why?

    In the last hour I have entered into the aol mail contacts list two new email addresses and personal details from people who have approved me doing so. I am able to add the information no problem but
    when I click on the folder name 'Wff 2017' it reads null addresses and no information is there. I would be obliged if you would stop this and return me to normality with the aol mail account. My email account is - ******************@aol.com and I have been with AOL for many many years.
