  2. it seems AOL is at it again!!!!!

    I was able to have 2 windows open see the email and respond back to it with out going back and forth but guess what it is back once again. I liked where you can see the email and open a new window to respond without going back and forth. Can we fix this issue

  3. Looking for accessibility help desk for people with disabilities

    My name is Michelle Duquette and I am blind. I am trying to look for an accessibility help desk for people with disabilities. I am having a problem with composing an email with using Google Chrome and/or Microsoft Edge. When I compose an email to someonek, I can't put it into the body of the message. I am using Microsoft Word to write my emails and then attached them via the web browsers that I mentioned above. I did try to use AOL Gold, but that is not accessible to me.   4. bug report: "compose" auto-fills To: line with wrong address

    In web-based AOL Mail, the "compose" window is autocompleting the "to" line with the wrong address. That is, I type the e-mail address I want in to send the e-mail to, but it randomly replaces it with another address that I have previously corresponded with.

    This problem is intermittent and cannot be reproduced on demand. Most recently it happened in Google Chrome on a Windows 10 machine but I think it occurs across platforms.

    I do not want to use the email addresses other than @aol.com. How do I delete the @outlook.com and @aim.com addresses or at the very least make @aol.com the default.

  6. Bug: Duplicated reply subject prefix "Re: Re:"

    A duplicated "Re:" prefix is added to the Subject header line when replying to an email with a three-line header Subject field as:

    "Subject:
    Re: 15.4 - How to make Mic work with Discord -- fine with Audacity and
    arecord??"

    AOL Mail generates a reply with the header field:

    "Subject: Re: Re: 15.4 - How to make Mic work with Discord -- fine with
    Audacity and arecord??"

  7. inserting a picture in new aol mail

    When trying to add pictures into a composed email from my picture account it will not let me move forward more then one photo at a time.
    If this allows more then one at a time it would be very helpfull and time saving. I send a lot of pictures that this feature needs adjusted.

  9. Email not connecting to Kindle Fire HD10 for past three days

    Need assistance with my AOL not communicating with my Kindle Fire HD 10 it was doing fine three days ago...I have reached out to Amazon and worked with at least two techs but no sucess. I can access OL on my iPhone and my MS tablet...so need some technical assistance. Thanks!

  15. you can improve AOL by getting rid of predictive/suggestive text from composing email! or tell me how to turn it off!

    tell us how to get rid of predictive/suggestive text. its not auto spelling correct issue. it is suggesting words or spelling tenses that i may not wish to use. as i type it thinks it knows what word i would like to write. its annoying as **** and giving me a migraine! your help would be greatly appreciated.

  16. The people who work here may be as outdated as your service.

    I'm trying to send an email to the 49th company on the Fortune 100. T-Mobile. When I send an email to them I'm being told it's an invalid email address. I really believe it's because of the hyphen. Gmail would never have this remedial issue in 2022. You need to get your **** together.
