  1. Problems in CHROME moving from one e-mail ID to another.

    Continual problems, in CHROME web browser, trying to log out of one e-mail e-address/ID to another e-address. The system KEEPS RETURNING ME to the same e-address, despite my logging out, shutting down my computer, etc. When I move to another browser, FireFox or other, no problems. HELP PLEASE so I don't have to re-save all my FAVORITES in another browser system.

  2. Don' up grade my computer without asking me first.

  3. coordination between cellphone aol account, and tablet aol account, for the SAME email address.

    I have worked hard to erase old emails from my cell phone. trying to keep the total number stored in my 'phone to between 1000 and 1200. Then I got a tablet, and I used the same email there. Lately, it seems that ALL of the emails that I have ever received and sent have been put back into my account, showing up on both the tablet and the cell phone. Now, the total number is ranging over the 14,000 mark and all of the systems seem to very slowed down on both machines.

  6. "This is not a private connection message" keeps popping up on everything and every link I get in AOL mail. How do I solve this?

    No idea on how to solve this ... just trying to figure out how to stop the insanity. I have Safari and Chrome and both keep giving me the same response. So it seems have something to do with AOL Mail. Is there fix to this. Mac El Capitan 10.11.6 version. I've already cleaned out history and caches.

  8. Software glitch in recent update?

    I am in the UK. I have AOL/AOL mail saved as a bookmark. URL ends .../en-gb/suite. When I log in your software switches me to ...../en-us/suite. This is no good to me as no pictures or videos are accessible (just blank grey squares). I think this is due to a faulty update to your software. I get the same result using Google, I.E. or Edge.

  9. I need to get acess to my email accont

    Hello not sure what going on with my account, I'm unable to access my email it shows this account, but when i click on the mail to read my emails it pull up my other account I'm no longer getting my email for this account I did the verification part AOL call me with my verification code, I input the code.   11. What is Wrong with AOL worse than Dial-Up ?

    What is wrong? It takes forever to open , close or navigate on line it is worse than dial up ever was! Y'all want you $$$$ every month , but service is Horrible ! Why not Fix it ????

    I used to have Verizon email and I miss having my email through Verizon.
    When I want to view only my emails, it is frustrating to me to have to see all the news items and the advertisements on the page. I just want to get to my emails and they are slow to download...
    AOL is also very slow in downloading anything.
    I wish I could have Verizon email again. I didn't wish to have to accept the terms of service just to post this.

    You can easily disable the ‘Today on AOL‘ news feed by following the steps below:

    - Click the ‘Options’ menu located in the top right corner of the screen
    - Select ‘Mail Settings’
    - In the ‘General’ tab, un-check the ‘Show me Today on AOL when signing in’ feature

    This will allow you to go directly to your Inbox when signing in to your email account.

    We suggest that you try accessing mail on a different browser like Google Chrome.

  14. Improve and fix deletion errors

    Deleting errors-When searching and deleting search results, your system sometimes gets confused and says it cannot delete. Then deletes weeks worth of current untagged emails! GRRRR!
    Should be easier to copy url of sender in order to search and delete

  16. Need help.

    I'm having a problem that just popped up recently. When I open a link in an email, finish reading the link and want to go back to the original email, I can't. There is no back option. Using the browser back arrow deletes the original email and takes me back to the AOL news screen where I have to then click New Mail to get back to my emails and the original one is gone. How has this changed and why?

  17. AOL now deletes me out of emails I am reading when a new email comes in

    Something is wrong since the last update. You keep knocking me out of emails I am reading and move them from new to old! IT IS VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!
    I will be reading an email and if a new one comes in, you basically bump me out of the email, send the email to old mail and I'm back in my list of emails. Sometimes I'm responding to an email and that gets deleted and I have to start all over again on my response. This just happened to me 3 times!!!!!!!

    It is possible that you have bookmarked the login page, which uses a unique URL. We recommend going to mail.aol.com, and after signing in make a new bookmark for AOL Mail. In case you need to access multiple accounts from the same device, sign out of AOL Mail, and the bookmark will lead you to the login page.

  19. DRAFTS Folder Inaccessible!

    Drafts folder is unaccessible from my laptop AOL mail account. Thank goodness I use aol mail on my iPad, where I can see messages in the Drafts folder. This is VERY inconvenient and I'm NOT going to pay AOS ASSIST to fix it! This makes me think AOL is aging ungracefully and I may need to switch to another email package after many years of satisfied usage.

    I have been a member since you used to solicit membership with free disks in the mail or at stores. I find working with your system remains the hardest of any system that I have used in the past 30 years. Not only is it hard to find subjects but once you find them they require you to log on again, enter data multiple times and are generally a MESS.
