  6. When something isn't broken don't 'fix' it because you usually break it instead.

    My email was working at 3am CDT now everytime I try to check it I get an error message saying I'm not logged in anymore. Then one of the Blerg errors.

  9. Basic/Accesible Failing / Requiring Logout/Login "randomly"

    NEED to restore stable Basic/Accessible access for mail.aol.com (and make it available in Options across ALL other interfaces).

    I am visually impaired, and AOL keeps over-riding my choice of screen color inversion -- have been using workaround of Options -> Standard then returning via Options ->
    In late afternoon 27JUN2022, started receiving "Blerk! Error 5" and requiring hoop-jumping to get back to my email.
    As of later afternoon/evening of same day attempting my normal steps fails and/or simply using Basic/Accessible is semi-randomly reporting "You are no longer signed in to AOL".

  11. Orange Distracting Line In AOL Mail

    AOL recently made a change to mail. Now an orange line jumps all over the place when I try to open mail. Can you change this back to the old way? That orange line is annoying, unstable, distracting and causes imprecise mail actions.

  12. Get rid of the new version!

    i don't have a suggestion.....just want you to know that I have used and loved AOL mail for probably at least 20 years and have loved it but i hate the new version ......particularly the breakdown by pages. It now seems almost impossible to find anything from the past.

  16. must disconnect VPN

    as of January 21 2022 I must disconnect the VPN to load AOL /verizon e-mail. Please fix this so I don't have to do that. Thank you

  20. old mail

    Why on Earth would you do away with "Old Mail"? I've used AOL for many years and now I'm starting to find that is "Unusable" because of your recent changes. Sad, you're going backwards not getting better like you should. Please restore this or you are going to lose many more customers in my opinion.
