Add other email accounts
Dear Concern,
Is there any way to import and receive emails from other email service like Gmail, Yahoo etc. to my AOL account and send emails on behalf of them using AOL. I think nowadays this is a common feature of all email service providers' but couldn't find it on AOL.

Important settings changes
Has the toggle choice for "allowing apps that use less secure sign ins" been removed from your Account Info options setting? I need to turn this toggle choice OFF as it is affecting my Firefox sign in to the account and I can no longer find the toggle under Account Info/Account Security. Why?

Automatically delete emails that older than 60 days
Allow individuals to set a time after which emails would be deleted, i.e. 60 days.

Delete spam in say 30 days.
I would like an automatic spam deletion in about 30 days.

Please add PASTE when right clicking.
When clicking copy another page or folder, make it possible to paste to an email.

Viewing deleted Mail
Can't view old deleted mail back more than a week, Would like to be able to view mail in trash folder back farther than 7 days.

AOL is the WORST email available. I got it only because Verizon took away their own email and ASKED their customers to sign up with AOL. It has been a disaster and Horrific experience for over two years !!!! Slowly moving my critical contacts to GMAIL which is extremely reliable.

Space restrictions
The area available for comments or replies is much too small..It is nearly impossible to get any amount of facts or pertinent information posted.
Also the site has tons of slow loading ads, notices and whatall that slow down the response and typing. This is most annoying and discourages the use of your site. Look at Yahoo's site and accommodations the provide users... and you will see the difference. Thanks for listening..J.R. -
Stop running up our cell bills with agonizingly slow support.
Too bad one of the options isn't 'The entire AOL experience'. When Verizon administered my email account on DSL, it was 100x better than it is with gigabit FIOS in the brain-dead replacement, AOL. There's nothing about this service that meets my most modest expectations. One way they gouge you is charging for support Even worse, to get the support you're paying for you have to prove that you are who you say. Unless you have two landlines to use simultaneously, you'll have to use many minutes of your cellular plan's air time as a droning voice robot s-l-o-w-l-y runs…

Add "see screen names" to "Options"
The link to mail options should include "see screen names" AND it should include option to delete obsolete listings. In addition, it should include "change password" link so that all mail functions are located in same location.

We should have a setting that will allow us to have emails automatically deleted if they contain certain words.

No Place to find Amount of Space Consumed
I have looked everywhere on the screen, and there is no place to show how much of the TB, of allocated storage space, has been consumed.
The provided steps do not work- any other suggestions?

- Visit the Privacy Dashboard page here: https://policies.oath.com/us/en/oath/privacy/dashboard/index.html
- Select AOL from the list of brands.
- Click Sign in at the top to sign in and see your account data.
- Click on “AOL Mail” below Your Products section, in order to see the storage and other information.

2FA - Google Authenticator/Authy
Two-Factor Auth that is not tied to a phone number... like Google Authenticator or Authy support. It's too easy for a malicious actor to port one's phone number and reset the password for an account via an SMS message. PLEASE enable better security by supporting one of the aforementioned apps.

When a filter is based on "From", it should also catch display names, not just the address.
