  1. Get rid of the yellow line through the emails as one scrolls down

    Get rid of the yellow highlighting on the email messages as I scroll down or give me the option to turn it off. It's really annoying.

    Aol has changed my page layout? I can not choose themes anymore and the whole layout is different now? I never changed anything on my account.

  3. Better service provider

    My biggest complaint is the your home page when open the screen is horrible and unstable, not to mention your email that takes forever to load, and each time when in sing in I need to wait for you to send me a verification code, this has been going on for several months. I can use yahoo's service with no problems what so ever. No problems singing in and the home page is always clear. I sincerely hope that these issues can be resolved by your staff.
    or perhaps I should use a more friendly provide like Yahoo.

  7. I HATE the new format screen!!!!

    I logged in this am to AOL and had a hard time logging in and found the format screen had changed! WHY????????? You went from perfection to retro! I no longer can arrange my date, subject, etc. to my liking. NOR, when I am on another site can I see my AOL count on the tool bar I hate the black and white contrast as well!!!!!. THIS SUCKS! GET ME BACK TO THE OLD SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your feedback is a bit confusing. In case you are looking to delete your user profile on Uservoice, please follow these steps:
    - Click “Sign in” in the top right corner
    - Once logged in, click “Settings” under their username
    - Scroll down and till you see the option to “Delete my Profile”
    - You will need to confirm, and then the profile will be deleted
    In case you want to cancel your AOL account, follow the steps in this Help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/account-management-cancel-or-reactivate-your-aol-account

    If you need further assistance please call AOL Customer Support Team at 1-800-827-6364 Monday through Friday between 8AM to 1AM ET, and Saturday between 8AM and 10PM ET.

  9. Make the screen slightly smaller so that I have access to the bars on the top

    The screen is too wide so that I cannot use the options on the right side.

  10. The AOLscreen is too wide to allow delete or scan up and down - reduce width to be able to adjust DDD
