I don't like the disappearance of the old mail folder. Everything is staying in the "inbox". Why????
Where is the "old mail" folder??? I don't want my mail remaining in the inbox after I've read it, and I don't want to send it to trash, either.

The new layout that debuted 3-26-26 is horrible. Everyone at the office has complained today of changing the New Mail and Old Mail folders.
This adds to a cluttered email and makes it much more difficult to keep straight those emails that have been addressed and those that need attention.
AOL, change back to what has worked for the last 10 years. Do not reinvent the wheel, you ruined a perfectly good email interface

This is AOL, not Gmail. Stop "fixing" things that don't need to be changed. Keeping my mail separated between New and Old helps to keep everything organised.

Just a thought. My email has been *@wmconnect.com for more than 25 years yet its changed a couple of times - through wmconnect, netscape, and aol. When it last changed, new emails would come in with a blue dot on the subject line. If I just read the email, it stays in my inbox. If I click the blue dot, it automatically moves to my old mail box. `don't know how many others are still on wmconnect but we're probably not a large part of the aol membership

I don’t like the disappearance of the old Mail box. Incorporating it into new mail by date is very confusing. Bring back the old interface, please

This is not a good idea, its confusing and not easy to use, as all the other people are saying, I would vote to return it to the straightforward way it was before.

Just keep it the way it was 3 days ago! New mail and Old mail make life so much easier to understand.

Now my inbox is cluttered and "keep new" takes 2 clicks. I can't find a way to keep that on top. Gives directions on how to get it back! OFFER changes without making them mandatory!

Put the functional old mail back to the way it was.

You should keep "old email" in the old email file as this is the easiest way for me to run my business.

In the 34 years that I have had Aol, I liked it because it was New Mail, Old Mail, Deleted Mail. Now you changed it like all the others. If I Liked gmail or yahoo, I would have changed. But you did that for me and messed up my mail. How do I find the emails that I read and saved as new so I could go back to them. I can't, Now I am totally stressed out because I can't find anything. I had 55 new emails and now they go back years!! Please fix it back or tell me how I can get it back so I can find my emails.

Put the email back the way it was! It makes no sense this way. It's worse than gmail, and that's free! We who pay for this service deserve to get what we're paying for. In the "inbox" folder you've combined new, unread emails with old and very very old deleted emails. Then in the "unread" folder you've combined new, unread emails with old and very old unread emails. What were you thinking??? How can that possibly be useful?

Why make change when not needed. Or at least have an option.
