Make the "local news & weather" readable --- not the label "Blank Page"
Test your links for the AOL page before you put it on the air. When you put a "non-functional" link out -- your customers/users get nothing. Some of the items that I tried to see -- could have been 'life-saving' information -- but all I got was the "Blank Page" header.... Try again!!!!!

Remove the video on the home page of AOL. It takes a long time to get into anything else and going back to home page you have to wait again

STOP ALL THE ADS
It is time to STOP with all the ads. A person cannot read a complete article in less than an hour because of all the ads freezing the computer. Apparently aol is more about the $$$$$$$ than customer convenience and satisfaction. Keep this up and you won't have to worry about customer complaints, because you won't have any customers left. I am currently looking into other companies. I would rather have to pay a small monthly fee than deal with all the ads.
