    I liked the old AOL for Decades. But then you had to come out with the "NEW" AOL... That was bad enough because it eliminated some of the features which I really liked about the original AOL, so I tried it a few
    times, but always went back to the original because it worked for me. So, that was bad enough, BUT, now you have even changed THE ORGINAL VERSION. Made it look different ( WORSE), Eliminated a couple…

  7. NEW AOL EMAIL IS HORRIBLE. DOES NOT WORK. Bring back OLD EMAIL FORMAT!1

    FIRE or Terminate the New Email Engineers and Developers.
    Bring Back Old Emails!   The New Email Format is horrible.

    I can't read the columns on left menu column because its gray letters on gray back ground.  And the fonts and spreading of the left column is so far apart, that is is impossible to see a majority of the items in the left menu column.

    I don't understand why there is a Jewish Star of David on all of my emails showing up on every single email.  Leave ALL religious symbols out of my email.

    In OLD MAIL, it shows the date or month and waste valuable space and ABSOLUTELY STUPID to categorize mail by Day, Last Week, Earlier in June....  STUPID.....to the right column is the EXACT EMAIL DATE ALREADY !!!!

    I have called your tech support for help.  THEY ARE USELESS and they expressed to me that they have been bombarded with non-stop complaints and angry users who ALL HATE THE NEW AOL EMAIL FORMAT.

    The AOL Engineers, developers, corporate, managers and supervisors are obviously not reading and responding to ALL OF THESE FEEDBACK  COMPLAINTS.

    IF ALL AOL EMAIL FEEDBACK IS NEGATIVE....DON'T YOU THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG????

    My wife has an email addreess that is DIFFERENt THAN MINE_ BUT YOU ARE "addressing HER- when I sign in with my own DIFFERENT ADDRESS-- you want me to pay for you screwing this up!

  15. Sexism among your moderators is getting ridiculous. Articles about tv stations discriminating against women do not allow women to comment.

    AOL moderators censor women. We are not allowed to say "*" in a story about *.

  16. You have the wrong "master account" person on my account - i AM THE MASTER ACCOUNT HOLDER-

    YOU HAVE MY HUSBAND AS MASTER ACCOUNT HOLDER- HE DOESN'T EVEN USE HIS EMAIL much-AND I AM THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHO SIGNED UP FOR AOL WHEN IT FIRST BEGAN! This is fairly recent - you refer to him with my name and you aren't 24/7 help and you aren't FREE....Get back to the original AOL and fix things without trying to get us to pay for your mistakes
