Allow direct payment from checking
Keep card frozen when not using for security......have been hacked before.....why don't you do direct pay from checking account like the rest of businesses......instead of sending text that bill not paid and then I have to unfreeze card yeah I know you gotta pay a fee but it's probably tax deductible or to your advantage somehow or the rest of the businesses wouldn't be using it

images too small, waste of time, worst piece of junk application I have ever seen. threw me out of my account for too many attempts. it wanted cars bicycles crosswalks, many many repeats on each. stupid app

I finally got ahold of someone that said AOL cancelled there contract with AARP so that is why everyone is cancelled. I had to pay to have mine renewed, Mine was expired for over a year before I found out about it.

All AOL has to do is LISTEN when contacted!
I contacted AOL last month to change plans. They did NOT change the plan and biledl again for another month of what I don't want. Bait and switch much? And I can't change my plan online. So now what? Have to talk to another person who doesn't know how to do their job?

System Mechanic
System Mechanic seems to work fairly well BUT every time it needs to "Deep Clean" you have to baby sit the program, (at least the one I have) you have to tell it what to do at every step. Why couldn't a list of things be made up for it to clean, then if there is anything you don't want it to do you can uncheck the item or items, click on clean and let it run to completion.

I pay for an AOL plan already so why do I need an additional plan when I use the web based mail interface?
If you have a paid plan, the web mail should be 'ad-free' as well. No need to have 2 plans. Two plans is a ripoff.

There is no cancell button it says I owe u money but I don't. I've been trying to cancel for 2 months now. It says pending. . There is no live agent and no cancelation department

I today discovered that I have paid monthly for AOL benefits not ever received due to non-activation (of which I was not informed until now)
Fully inform and assist customers that activation is required - I was told

Real human not AI online
Real humans to deal with benefits subscription cancellations. All I get is AI which gives me the same solutions that don't work. Everything should be done online without waiting on a phone call to finally talk to someone.
