  4. Autorenewal

Your new update 2025 to Terms of Service mentions automatic renewal. However there is "No Mention" that AOL will notify its subscriber that an autorenewal is about to happen. Most responsible companies with subscription services will advise the customer that an autorenewal us about to occur on a date and and to be aware they can opt out before the renewal. 6. I pay for an AOL plan already so why do I need an additional plan when I use the web based mail interface?

If you have a paid plan, the web mail should be 'ad-free' as well. No need to have 2 plans. Two plans is a ripoff.

  8. I today discovered that I have paid monthly for AOL benefits not ever received due to non-activation (of which I was not informed until now)

Fully inform and assist customers that activation is required - I was told
I had beenfits paid for monthly for over 15 years that I never received.

  11. Real human not AI online

Real humans to deal with benefits subscription cancellations. All I get is AI which gives me the same solutions that don't work. Everything should be done online without waiting on a phone call to finally talk to someone.

  15. Start by getting a handle on your constant 'New Product' intros which are for the most part something you bundled and renamed and repackaged

First flush all the new > Good, Better and Best < intros you bring in on a regular basis. I feel like I'm being sold a new set of 'Nothing will stick to it, inside or out, regardless of how high you set the cook temperature cookware . Even if you have AOL ASSIST, not is your problem usually solved, (That's a compliment by the way), But you can't get back to what you you were doing when you had to call for assistance because you're afraid you first have to hear the whole new 'canned pitch' about what software…

  16. Hire individuals who actually knows how to provide services for customers. I need my refund and 3 calls in and no one knows how to provide.

I have called multiple times and waited in the queue for nearly an half hour each time only to keep getting the same results. No refund!! Who are training these people? I’m reaching out to the BBB because this is ridiculous!! Who are these people?

  17. I see that typing my comment here is laced with technical difficulties. Guess AOL dont like posting complaints.

You're just as woke as everyone else is. Trying to type this message was plagued with difficulties. What I came here for was to describe my first attempt with Premium AOL email. AOL claims to get rid of unwanted ads. Nope, they dont. They school people on how to get rid of them, they dont automatically get rid of anything. They give tools on how to go about doing it yourself. I will say that most of my unwanted emails did stop coming, but I think that my own hard work got them stopped. If AOL would teach a class…

  19. COLLECTIONS ON CANCELLED ACCOUNTS

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. I REQUESTED MY SERVICES TO BE CANCELLED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO VIA A LIVE CHAT WITH SOMEONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, WHICH I ASSUMED THEY DID. HOWEVER, THE LETTER STATES THAT I OWE $56.48 OR I WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. I WOULD SUGGEST A BETTER WAY OF CANCELLING SERVICES WITH YOU. AND I WOULD LIKE A BREAKDOWN OF ALL MY SERVICES THAT I AM BEING BILLED FOR.

  20. BENEFIT FOR YOUR MEMBERS OF 20+ YEARS AND/OR 70+ YEARS OF AGE

Make the System Mechanic a benefit of any "plan" for AOL members who have been with the company for at least 20 years OR members who are over 70 years of age. Many have computers that really need the System Mechanic service but who are retired and on fixed incomes, don't understand computers and who are looking to just cancel their AOL service altogether and put their old laptops in the closet and forget about it. By the time you get to 75, all of this stuff is way to complicated to even try and stay on top of. My…
