Tell people how they can cash all the money on their credit cards & not have to pay back one cent! It's easy!
After the card has been applied for, the card company, which is NOT the "lender", passes the document to the central bank, who give the card co. the "loan, multiplied by the fractional reserve rate", i.e the card co. make a fortune from the client who applied for the money, it is the CLIENT who raises the money from THEIR NAME & SIGNATURE!
