The chat room d
Chat room is freezing up. When someone responds to your comment on a given topic and you want to reply by clicking "View in Conversation," you cannot get back to the other person's response. And the chat room keeps freezing up and pausing even when typing a comment.

Kicked off twice in 5 minutes!!!!
Not on 5 minutes from previously being kicked off of AOL...and got kicked off again. I am going to research who the Federal Agency is who regulates AOL and file my complaint and have them read the thousands of other complaints....and AOL does ZERO to fix these problems.

Please do not send the AOL popup Covering a quarter of page on "games' to play it's a chore to remove them each time I open AOL Gold !!.
Please stop the pop up by AOL regarding games that covers 1/4 of Welcome page on opening AOL GOLD> It's so bothersome to remove every time!! Also quite inconsiderate to someone whose paying for their service.

AOL browser is DOG SLOW WITH EMAIL PHOTOS, PLEASE FIX THIS.
YOU NEED TO FIX THE BROWSER SO IT DOESN'T TAKE DAYS TO SEND PHOTOS WITHIN AN EMAIL. ALSO, YOU SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED OUT-FRONT THAT 25 MEG IS THE MAX, RATHER THEN AFTER THE FACT, AFTER YOU TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY.
THIS IS ALL JUST VERY BASIC BROWSER STUFF AND THE PRIOR AOL 9.8 WAS CORRECT AND MUCH FASTER. nOW, SOMETIMES IT JUST SHUTS DOWN THE PROGRAM ALTOGETHER AND YOU MUST DO A CTL-ALT-DELETE OR REBOOT ENTIRELY AS IT LOCKS UP COMPUTER. Stories from Boredom Therapy cause the background to disappear
Boredom Therapy stories cause the Background Displays to disappear. I see other complaints about this and nothing has been done - why not? It has happened twice so far today and I've only been on for about an hour. either fix it or get rid of the Damned Boredom Therapy, it's a total waste of time any way.
