Browser does NOT replace password, does not ask AND IT HANGS!!
I have one Website that has my ID but apparently has no password.
When I put it in by hand, the browser does not ask if I want to save it nor does not add the password in its list.
Well, I checked and there is NOTHING saved for that site !! It got lost during all those updates, cause it was once there!!I'm in the process of having passwords copied from CHROME and it's been about 15 minutes and STILL "COPYING" !!!

Slow Response Loading Welcome Page and Changing Screen Names
The AOL tech on 7/2/20 sent a Bug report indicating my Welcome Screen and changing screen names were slow in responding. She said the issues were intermittent and said the issue was with my computer. Yes, on VERY FEW occasions, it is intermittent. BUT THAT IS A FALSE ANALYSIS.
As a 23-year paid member and before AOL Gold, I used an older PC and router and slower Internet speeds, and never had a slow running computer using AOL. So, why now? All other browsers work fine ALL OF THE TIME.

Chat room is freezing up. When someone responds to your comment on a given topic and you want to reply by clicking "View in Conversation," you cannot get back to the other person's response. And the chat room keeps freezing up and pausing even when typing a comment.

Enable Screen Capture Protection Not Working
See Case # 12096880 (Entered on 6/16/20)
The below Bug report was submitted BY THE AOL TECH.
“Unable to check/uncheck "Enable Screen Capture Protection". Basic troubleshooting was performed already by AOL Tech. Before TS, the box was unchecked, but after TS, the box was automatically checked & it's not letting us uncheck it. Did hit INSTALL button as well but it's not doing anything.”
I called on 6/24/20 to get an update, since the above issue was not fixed. And, that call-back was one of the worst I’ve experienced in my 23 years of using AOL as a paid member.

Pictures come as attachment and none in the mail
Now when I get pictures in the mail they are not in the email to see. Everyone now needs to be downloaded and you can't see them if five are sent that's five times I must click on each picture and download it where before you could do all five and you could view the picture in the email before saving them. This needs to be fixed!!! you have made Aol a nightmare to have and I am going to look for another server instead of wasting my money with you!!!!!

Harassment by aol member with racist, profanity and personal hate laden posts.
*************** is a aol gold member who is continually harassing our chat room experiences and has done so for many years now. It uses new names consistently. I can only assume its because it gets shut down by aol and then has to create a new name. This user stalks us by following us to other aol chat rooms. It continually uses racist rants, profanity laden posts in the aol chat rooms, specifically (special interests craft and garden chat) There are several other aol members who follow this hateful persons lead. COPY PASTE from EMAIL to new EMAIL no longer works
Previous AOL Desktops would allow MULTIPLE images to be COPIED then PASTEd to another email. BETA 2566 no longer does this.
Though all wanted images are high-lighted and 'COPY'ied ,, ONLY the
last one is pasted. NO accompanying text is copied & pasted..With the BUGGY CRASHING I Can't get anything REPLIED to AND NOW COPY PASTED (work-around) ...

BETA 2561... Attempts to DELETE/REPORT SPAM on an email DO NOT ALWAYS WORK..
After installing this update, I cannot always get an email to be deleted.
Both the DELETE button at bottom and the right-mouse drop-down delete FAIL. ALSO REPORT SPAM does not work
After many attempts last night, two files finally disappeared minutes later.
Right now, It won't DELETE OR MOVE TO SPAM no matter what I try -

Ive been getting Error: 175 - ERRSSLVERSION_INTERFERENCE for the last few weeks. I can't log onto AOL Desktop GOLD even to report it. I am able to log into Iphone's version and AOL Mail however. Whats up with this error. Ive looked all over the web and its not listed.
