Need to be able to delete email address of party but maintain name for future updates
In the past, one could delete a party's email address without deleting the person from the address book. Now the system won't allow just the deletion of the email address but requires one to delete the party from the address book.
This has been fixed in the latest version. You should receive an update soon with the fix.

Cant save new contacts ??
I CANT SAVE NEW CONTACTS ON MY ADDRESS CARD!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!

Address book problems
I have spent the last hour on the phone with tech support trying to be able to edit and/or delete contacts in my address book. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Nothing the agent tried has worked and when I try to edit an address in the address book, no change is made. I also cannot delete any contacts.
I believe we spoke with you over the phone and your issue has been resolved. Please include more details if you continue to have issues.
