  2. make the most recent response of a thread of emails come to the top NOT the bottom!

    receiving responses from a thread of emails comes at the bottom of the 'page'. This is cumbersome and not user friendly. is there a setting that will sort responses as most current to the top?

  5. Priorities are auto rotate (I can't believe that was not included in the new format) and make AOL Mail the default landing page.

    I just want to make sure my opinion is added to the list to emphasize their importance.

  13. Let me enable links in my incoming email messages

    I used to be able to simply click on a link for a website in my incoming emails - there doesn't seem to be an option to allow this now, so I have to copy and paste it!

  18. I have used AOL for over 25 years. I do not like the changes you have made forcing me to use portrait instead of landscape to view my mail.

    give me the option to use landscape to view my mail, and bring mail up first instead of the news.
