  2. Used to get mail through built in phone email and server. Then it quit working and I was forced to download your spammy, ad-laden, app.

  3. Restore the hyperlink capability that was always there. I cannot send other AOL users links to websites Etc.

    allow for the insertion of links to websites or YouTube Etc.
    I cannot send another AOL user a link to a New York Times article, for example. I have to use Gmail.

  5. Be willing/able to help with email difficulties; someone who doesn't write you off when you need extra instruction. We're not all tech-savvy

    Couldn't get emails to open up. Agent gave detailed instructions which I didn't understand. I asked for further explanations, was told he wasn't able to help me any further.

  19. i would like to be able to adjust how often the app refreshes for new emails (ie every 2, 4, 6, 8 hours). this app drains a lot of battery

    this app is constantly refreshing for new, incoming email using a lot of battery throughout the day. i want to be able to set the refresh rate.
