I'm unable to receive email to ***@verizon.net. Unable to add @verizon.net to @gmail.com when I go to 'all mail' view n Gmail account.
Unable to receive email in ***@verizon.net.
Also unable to view *@verizon.net email in my ***@gmail.com email under All Mail.***@verizon.net at that point should come over to **@gmail.com automatically.
Can u reset my ****@verizon.net account and help me with the above issues?

I lost all my emails. More difficult to use.
Not given enough time to update by Verizon. Then lost access to my emails. n

cannot sign on. you state sending a verification code but I have to go to another screen to retrieve it. when I go back to sign on with ve
only need ONE sign on screen. stop sending verification code when signing on. it is NOT WORKING & FRUSTRATING

for some reason this app occasionally skips days of emails. I have emails from today and then none until 3 days ago.

Prevent emails automatically going from inbox to trash. Sometimes emails go directly to trash. Spam filter settings irrelevant to problem.
The automatic flow of emails from inbox to trash or directly to trash is random. I get daily emails from the same sources that do one of the following. 1. stay in inbox till I decide to decision (preferred) 2. Go to inbox and then automatically go to trash. 3. Just go to trash automatically. That is not a spam setting issue. And, we clean out spam and deleted emails regularly.

it is incredibly annoying to reply to an email now with this app on my phone. The cursor jumps to the bottom of the entire thread! nightmare
while scrolling back up to my reply, usually the cursor gets misplaced again, and I have to reinsert it when I find my place, and have to do that quickly so that the entire email thred doesn't shoot up off the top of my screen. E

The email response cursor started relocating mid response a couple months ago. It is very frustrating to type or review an email response.
the cursor needs to stay at the top of the email where you are typing, not relocate to the bottom.
