  2. Dear AOL, As a longtime user (20+ years) Who made the stupid decision to only allow 14 characters on a 📂 it is useless to you users now.

    Making decisions against your Rapidly dying user base is thoughtless and stupid, Adding your insult to injury your News Agenda isn't Helping you either, Get a clue AOL !

  9. Stop forcing me to use your app. I want to use other email clients like Outlook instead. I hate Verizon for moving our email to AOL.

    When I delete my new emails immediately I get a bunch of new ones. Why are these new emails hiding in the background.
