  4. allow messenger to have its OWN password. Since it will NOT RECOGNIZE EXCITING password Been Having THIS problem for a long time.

    Messenger will NOT Recognize

  8. how do I get margins on my emails? The top, left and right margins do not exist. Type goes to the edge.

    I called tech support and their only advise was to use Gmail and post the problem here.

  9. Whatever change you recently made to inbox behavior really hosed things up. Fix it!

    Auto rotate doesn't work.
    "Swiping" says it's off but it's not off.

  10. allow us to have our Mail Folders all in alphabetical order like in a web browser, instead of automatically shifting some under Saved.

    Up until the last several years, the AOL app listed all my Mail folders in alphabetical order. Then, following an update, certain folders were moved into a subsection labeled "Saved." But those folders continually shift so that sometimes they're under "Saved" while other times they're elsewhere, back in alphabetical order. When I open my AOL Mail in a web browser, all my folders are still in alphabetical order and the "Saved" subsection is nowhere to be seen. Even if you want to keep the "Saved" subsection idea as one possible option in the app, we should also have the option…

  16. please remove xare you sure you want to delete' button when swiping to delete an email

    this never happened before. swiping would delete and the option to undo would pop up for 2 seconds of needed. now it's a 2 step process to delete an email.

  20. Sort out this 'rate limited' error that I've had for 2 days when I try to access my email on laptop.

    rate limited error comes up when I try to access my mail via laptop. Have tried cleaning laptop and using different browsers. I'm Greece and keep getting routed to AOL Germany.
