how about fixing mymail so I don't have to go to trash to view my new messages every day

can't get new emails except spam. go back to old system. can't even imagine how many important messages I've missed

Its difficult to find emails as all of them are stuck together. when i look for an email in sended emails i need to see only these ones
only show emails from the specific root i ask for

AOL App for Android does not seem to handle HEIC format photos
Recently a client came into my business who had recently changed from iPhone to Android and used the AOL app for both. He was having problems sending photos inline (they were broken). Some older photos worked fine but newer did not. Bottom line: HEIC photos do not work, JPG work fine.

This new format sucks big time. I don't like the lack of folders like "old mail." On my computer I was able to go back to "classic" mail.

HELP... went to library didnt remember password. Had to change it. Now I can't get mail to open on phn always says sending code to change
looks like I'm not alone by above similar situations with others when password changes by me on computer at library I should not be blocked when using my phone now I can't access my account that has my resume which took me 3days at library to complete
