  9. Allow choice concerning how old mail is viewed.

    the only way to view Old Mail in a separate folder is to use the web-based version. The app does not give the choice like the web version does.

  11. I don't think your your email platform can be fixed. Of all the email platforms I've used over the last 30 years, yours really stands out.

    Suggest you look at the service provide previously provide by Verizon.

  15. Searching for an email in a folder is impossible. All other platforms allow for that. You need to improve your search functionality for emai

  20. Go back to being able to sort by sender!! It made bulk deleting SOOOO much easier! I just wasted an hour trying to figure out how to do it.
