Where is the options menu under setting... Its not there. Can't block senders. Had this email Since 90s, I am ready to give up on aol

Fix the issue of clicking to open an email yet opens the one above it was fixed with updated app. The issue remains.
I click on email and the one above opens. it often takes several tries to access the intended email.

I cannot edit a draft email, when I try my edits are lost and the email goes back to the original unedited content, VERY frustrating!

I don't like that you have to move between mail and home to search. one search is sufficient. Looking at sent emails is confusing, especiall
especially when they're marked draft. I can't tell if they went or not. Don't like when searching a whole lot of names come up. Please return to your format from years ago.It was better

Your new email "downdate" version is terrible ! The news section is worse than the mail. Same article appears every 5th line. Stupid.
Run different news articles. I don't need to see the same one over and over.

Be selective about ads. I pay for service, so I shouldn't see them at all, but you don't choose well and they always load before my email.
Now even writing has to be annoying after you asked for it. I'm trying to put it politely and the least you can do is listen.

I find my aol addresses are not always recognised and I have to use a Gmail one instead. Can you explain and investigate please?
Some platforms don't accept that AOL email addresses are valid - I have had to set up a Gmail address to use on these occasions which is a nuisance. Can you investigate why this is and correct it please?

I used to be able to delete emails in blocks by sender name or date. AOL no longer allows this ability. Please fix.

when opening an email using search, sometimes the email doesnt open correctly (it opens the same email whatever mail is selected)
for example, customer searched "mlf", if he opened the first result dated 8/13/2021
if he open it, it will open the message from 8/9/2021 and all other emails he open will open the same email from 8/9/2021
we tried using different keywords but its the same,
it seems that it only happens when customer using search bec we tried opening his email from the actual folder and its opening correctly
tried force quitting the app…
