  3. No. I had to create a new account because I could not remove the filters off my basic account without paying for tech support.

    My filters could not be removed w/o tech support and were going directly to spam and trash.

  4. I have two AOL acoounts. I wanted yo delete one because it was flooded with identified spam after the cyber attack on the Internet Archive.

  13. I cannot get my aol email from Outlook anymore, why not?

  15. I need AOL fixed, I have a bug that when I'm writing an email, it constantly moves from top of email to bottom, please fix

    when writing email, the screen constantly goes up and down to bottom of email, when I stop typing it goes to the bottom, when I type it goes back up, also I put an attachment on an email earlier before typing, then everytime I tried to type it was like I had clicked select all, all type written stuff and picture went blue, as would happen if you clicked select all to delete, I need this fixed, been with AOL a long time
