  3. The AOL android app will not complete the sign in process.

    The AOL android app will not complete the sign in process. After typing in my email address and password and clicking to sign in, the screen goes blank with a refresh button in the center. Then nothing happens. The refresh button does nothing and I have to close the app.

  10. No. I had to create a new account because I could not remove the filters off my basic account without paying for tech support.

    My filters could not be removed w/o tech support and were going directly to spam and trash.

  11. I have two AOL acoounts. I wanted yo delete one because it was flooded with identified spam after the cyber attack on the Internet Archive.

  20. I cannot get my aol email from Outlook anymore, why not?

    I used to get my aol.com email via Outlook about 6 months ago. it just stopped and I can't get it reset even with service desk help.
